Le personnel de nuit travaille de manière professionnelle au sein d'une équipe en faisant preuve de respect, de soutien et de considération, tout en agissant comme un modèle approprié pour les jeunes pris en charge et leurs familles. Le personnel de nuit participe à la surveillance et à l'entretien des résidences et supervise les jeunes pris en charge tout au long de la nuit.
Le candidat doit être en mesure de remplir la liste suivante de tâches et de responsabilités :
Assurer la sécurité de tous les jeunes pris en charge par l'unité pendant la nuit.
Veiller à ce que les besoins fondamentaux des jeunes soient satisfaits.
Comprendre et appliquer le plan d'urgence et communiquer avec le superviseur de garde en cas de situation d'urgence.
Inscrire dans les dossiers et journaux quotidiens individuels des jeunes (le cas échéant).
Suivre les stratégies du programme en fonction des plans des clients.
Distribuer les médicaments aux clients selon la procédure appropriée et s'assurer que les fournitures médicales sont en ordre selon le manuel de soins de santé de l'agence.
Contribuer au fonctionnement général et participer à l'entretien régulier de l'unité.
Le candidat potentiel doit posséder les qualités suivantes :
Être capable de maintenir l'ordre et la discipline pendant la routine du matin.
Être motivé, travailler de manière autonome avec peu de supervision.
Exigences et salaire :
Au minimum, un diplôme d'études secondaires.
Doit passer une vérification des antécédents de police.
Poste occasionnel à temps partiel - Les horaires sont de 23h30 à 7h15, disponibilité requise un week-end sur deux.

Être capable de communiquer efficacement en anglais
Salaire de départ : 18,50 $/heure (5,7 % pour les congés fériés et 2,43 % pour les congés de maladie sont inclus dans chaque paie). Les congés payés sont de 4 % et sont cumulatifs).
Le personnel de nuit est supervisé par le directeur du foyer et lui rend compte.

The overnight staff works professionally as a member of a team showing respect, support and consideration, while acting as an appropriate role model for youth in care and their families. The overnight staff assists in the surveillance and upkeep of the residences and oversees the youth in care throughout the night.
The candidate must be able to fulfill the following list of duties and responsibilities:
- To ensure the safety and security of all youths in the care of the unit throughout the night.
- To ensure that the basic needs of the youths are met.
- To understand and apply the emergency plan and communicate with the On-Call supervisor in the case of an emergency situation.
- To write in the youth's individual daily charts and logs (when applicable).
- To follow through with program strategies as related to clients' plans.
- To distribute medication to the clients according to the proper procedure and to ensure that medical supplies are in proper order according to the agency health care manual.
- To contribute to the general functioning and participate in the regular upkeep of the unit.
The potential candidate should possess the following qualities:
- To be able to maintain order and discipline during the morning routine.
- Be self-motivated, and work independently with little supervision.
Requirements and Salary:
· Minimally, a high school diploma.
· Must pass a police background check.
· Part-time position - Shifts are from 11:30 pm – 7:15 am, availability required every other weekend, and throughout the week.
· Must be Female
· Able to effectively communicate in English
· Starting wage $18.50/hr., (included on each pay is; 5.7% statutory holiday and 2.43% sick days. Vacation pay is 4% and is cumulative).
The overnight staff is supervised by and reports to the Home Manager.
