Your Tasks:

  • Coordinate and execute trade shows and field events, including customer events, alongside the sales team to generate leads and promote VEGA's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead and team members to understand event goals, providing oversight and support for all marketing events and activities.
  • Assist with scheduling internal resources, managing shared calendars, and coordinating the invitation and registration process for events and training sessions.
  • Manage vendor relationships from contract negotiation through to event completion.
  • Support the sales team and other VEGA employees with marketing and training requests, collateral, and promotional needs.
  • Manage and document post-event leads and contact information in TopVis (CRM) to support follow up and sales initiatives.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of internal company events, including meetings, celebrations, and training sessions.
  • Capture photos, videos, and testimonials from events for use in marketing materials and social media.
  • Organize local training sessions, including hospitality arrangements, catering, and preparation of marketing and training materials.
  • Maintain local promotional item stock and coordinate the inventory and distribution of items for events and internal purposes.
  • Manage inventory and logistics for local training equipment and materials, working closely with logistic, training, and sales departments.

Your Profile:

  • College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration with a Marketing focus, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter (X).
  • Experience using Canva, HubSpot, or Adobe Creative Suite would be considered an asset.
  • Demonstrates creativity and takes proactive initiative in driving ideas forward.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • High level of English proficiency required, bilingual in French is an asset
