Your area of focus.
The role involves writing work orders for both new and used vehicles, estimating repairs, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate service and maintenance for Porsche vehicles. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely vehicle delivery, managing loaner and demonstrator vehicles, and responding to customer inquiries while scheduling appointments based on service needs. Ideal candidates should have service advisor experience, preferably in the luxury or German automotive sector, and possess a valid Ontario driver's license.
What drives your day-to-day?
Writing work orders for New and Used Car Department vehiclesCompleting estimates of repair and quoting Sales DepartmentResearching and understanding maintenance requirements for approved warranty extensionsCoordinating with technicians to understand and estimate repairs and maintenanceCoordinating with Service Manager, Sales Managers and Finance Managers to sell and complete repairs and maintenanceEnsuring internal vehicle service and detailing requirements are completed in time for targeted delivery datesCoordinating with support staff to ensure Loaner Vehicles and Demonstrators are maintained and ready for useUpdating shared tracking documents based on status of vehiclesResponding to leads from the Porsche London website, and Business Development CentreAnswering calls and scheduling customer appointmentsPreparing appointments based on recommended service schedule and campaignsEnsuring tires are here for next day appointmentsAssisting with greeting customers when requiredCashing out customers who are picking up their vehiclesOccasionally writing up work orders for customers in over-capacity situationsWhat are the must-haves…
Service Advisor and/or auto industry experience preferredImport automotive experience is helpful, but not mandatoryKnowledge of CDK or similar systems is an assetA valid driver's license and safe driving history is requiredThe Perks.
