Commercial Division is The Brick’s B2B business unit that focuses on business‑to‑business contracts and partnerships across Canada. The division primarily works with builders, trade professionals, self‑employed real estate professionals and corporations. The Role: This role is accountable for greeting and assisting showroom walk‑ins, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the showroom displays. : Attend to inbound customer inquiries through partnership portals within 24 to 48 hours or walk‑ins. Attend to referred homebuyer customers from large builder accounts. Provide support to Key Account Representatives and Sr. Account Managers when needed. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations. Arrange for extended warranty, financing, delivery and installation as required in coordination with the Customer Care team. Process and finalize sale on POS, including collecting payment and/or deposit for orders with a later delivery date. Conduct daily open orders review to ensure full payment is collected for orders with outstanding balance aligned with upcoming delivery dates. Wipe down showroom appliance and cabinet displays, and ensure the showroom is always clean and presentable during slow periods. Close the Richmond showroom during weekdays and cover weekend shifts. Qualifications: Home appliance sales background is strongly preferred. A clear understanding of “true salesmanship” that goes far beyond simply moving products or taking orders. Having a “growth mindset and sense of accountability” is an absolute must. Flexibility to constantly changing business needs. Time‑management skills and attention to detail. Positive and can‑do attitude. Ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions to business challenges, not excuses.
