We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing their overall experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and handling reservations with professionalism.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and billing details.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and address any operational challenges.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by ensuring the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist in developing front office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing a team.
