We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cooks and cashier to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and menu specifications.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of daily menus while collaborating with the kitchen team.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
  • Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, special events, and feedback from guests.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, with a focus on meal preparation and food service.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new recipes or improving existing ones is highly valued.
