**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily menus while collaborating with the kitchen team.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
- Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, special events, and feedback from guests.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, with a focus on meal preparation and food service.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new recipes or improving existing ones is highly valued.
