Job Summary

The Project Control Officer V will support
business-as-usual (BAU) and in-progress IT initiatives
by providing strong governance, reporting, financial tracking, and schedule oversight. This role requires hands-on experience in
project monitoring and control
, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to work independently in an environment with
ambiguity and limited direction
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the
    RAID log
    , including ingestion, tracking, and ensuring accuracy and currency.
  • Support preparation and consolidation of
    weekly status reports
    , executive steering committee (ESC) materials, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Track and manage
    interdependencies
    across project workstreams and external initiatives.
  • Support
    financial management activities
    , including monthly cost forecasting, actual spend tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain
    project change request (PCR) logs
    and coordinate related actions and approvals.
  • Perform
    artifact management
    , ensuring required documentation is organized, indexed, and accessible.
  • Support
    schedule management
    , tracking tasks, deliverables, and milestones; escalate slippages as required.
  • Identify, mitigate, and support resolution of
    project risks and issues
    in partnership with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years
    of experience in project control, PMO, or project governance roles.
  • Strong experience with
    JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
    (must-haves).
  • Working knowledge of
    Clarity and SharePoint
    .
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Solid understanding of
    PDLC, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    schedule management, reporting, RAID, and financial tracking
    .

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work

    and manage priorities with minimal direction.
