Project Control Officer V

to join our client

in support of an existingvacancy.

Contract Period:

12 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate:

Starting from $58 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ingestion of Risk/Action/Issue/Decision items, maintain coherency/currency of the RAID log
  • Support consolidation / Preparation of reporting materials (Weekly status report, ESC materials, ad-hoc requests)
  • Support consolidation/Tracking of interdependencies across project workstreams as well as outside or project
  • Support consolidation of monthly costs forecasts, tracking of actual spend and analysis of variances between forecast and actuals
  • Maintain PCR list and action related tasks/activities
  • Organize/track/index required artifacts
  • Support tracking and reporting on identified tasks/deliverables/milestones, highlight/escalate slippages for action/attention
  • Identify, mitigate and resolve risks
  • Maintain coherency/currency of RAID logs

Experience & Qualification Requirement:

  • 5+ Years of Banking Experience
  • JIRA, Confluence, MS Project (must haves)
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Methodology Knowledge (PDLC, Agile, Hybrid), Project Monitor and Control Activities Skill (Schedule Management, Reporting, RAID Management, Financial Management etc.)
  • Clear Communication skill, managing stakeholders
  • Ability to work with ambiguity/limited direction
  • Ability to work independently
