Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant General Manager role based in Kirkland, QC. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure effective team coordination and customer service excellence. Key responsibilities include supervising staff and projects, supporting business operations, maintaining schedules, addressing customer needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality landscaping services. The role also involves assisting with resource allocation, budget oversight, and contributing to business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Management and leadership skills, including team supervision and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of landscaping design, construction, and maintenance processes
  • Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address client needs and concerns professionally
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
  • Ability to efficiently manage schedules and allocate resources
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with budgeting, business operations, and project management
  • Experience in the landscaping or related industry is a strong asset
  • Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
