This role plays a key part in scaling our revenue and client base.
The role
Despite the title, this is not a traditional recruitment manager role. The primary focus is
business development and client growth
.
You will own outbound B2B sales activity, build healthcare client relationships, and drive new and existing account revenue. Recruitment knowledge is important, but selling, calling, and client management come first.
What you will do
- Lead outbound business development within healthcare staffing
- Make consistent cold and warm calls to healthcare decision makers
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Own weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, meetings, and revenue
- Partner with recruiters to deliver on client staffing needs
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and client communication in CRM
- Help improve outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in healthcare recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales
- Proven experience with outbound calling and client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven environment
- Ability to balance sales pressure with long-term client trust
- Leadership mindset with hands-on execution
