What You'll Do

  • Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments to the highest IPC standards because our patients and team deserve nothing less.
  • Maintain clear logs and follow all Alberta IPC protocols with care and consistency.
  • Keep our sterilization area tidy, efficient, and well-stocked so the clinical team can stay focused on patient care.
  • Help prepare rooms and support the flow of the day with calm confidence.
  • Communicate openly, collaborate with ease, and bring a positive presence to the team.
  • Be someone we can count on, especially for Saturday coverage.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of Canadian dental sterilization experience.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to stay grounded in a busy environment.
  • Comfort with computers and digital processes.
  • Strong communication and team-centered energy.
  • A warm, dependable presence and a willingness to help wherever you're needed.
  • Additional languages are a lovely bonus but absolutely not required.
