We are currently seeking an Investigator Pricing Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Investigator Pricing Analyst at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in determining fair market value pricing for investigator services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the financial aspects of clinical trials.

What you will be doing:

• Conducting thorough analysis to identify fair market value pricing for investigator services based on study requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to negotiate pricing terms and ensure alignment with study budgets and contractual agreements.
• Maintaining documentation and records related to investigator pricing in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Providing support and guidance to internal teams on pricing-related matters and resolving inquiries from stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of pricing strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing analysis, or related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• 1 year budget building experience
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pricing and fair market value.
• Strong perceptive skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Analyste en tarification des investigateurs pour rejoindre notre équipe diversifiée et dynamique. En tant qu'Analyste en tarification des investigateurs chez ICON, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la détermination des tarifs conformes à la juste valeur marchande pour les services des investigateurs, en veillant au respect des réglementations et en soutenant les aspects financiers des essais cliniques.

Vos responsabilités :

• Mener des analyses approfondies afin d'identifier la juste valeur marchande des services des investigateurs en fonction des exigences de l'étude et des normes du secteur.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour négocier les conditions tarifaires et garantir la cohérence avec les budgets d'étude et les accords contractuels.
• Maintenir la documentation et les registres relatifs à la tarification des investigateurs conformément aux exigences réglementaires.
• Fournir un soutien et des conseils aux équipes internes sur les questions liées à la tarification et répondre aux demandes des parties prenantes.
• Contribuer au développement et à l'amélioration des stratégies et processus de tarification afin d'optimiser l'efficacité et la précision.

Votre profil :

• Diplôme de licence (Bac+3) en finance, comptabilité, économie ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Deux ans d'expérience en analyse financière, analyse de tarification ou dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou de la recherche clinique.
• Un an d'expérience en élaboration de budgets.
• Connaissance des exigences réglementaires liées à la tarification et à la juste valeur marchande.
• Excellentes capacités d'analyse et aptitude à interpréter des ensembles de données complexes.
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et de la modélisation financière.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles.
