  • Lead and oversee all F&I operations, including coaching, mentoring, and developing the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners to secure competitive options
  • Present financing, leasing, and insurance products in a clear, engaging, and ethical way
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal structure and F&I performance
  • Review, finalize, and approve finance contracts and documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, provincial/state, and local regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer support by confidently addressing financing and insurance questions
  • Take on additional responsibilities that support dealership growth and success
What We're Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of financing, leasing, and insurance products
  • Demonstrated ability to close, negotiate, and build trust with customers
  • Leadership experience or the desire to step into a leadership role
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
  • Proficiency with Dealertrack, RouteOne, Microsoft Office, and related systems
