Fresenius Kabi Canada is looking for a talented Business Developmental Intern for a temporary full-time, 8 month contract.

Hybrid role, on-site requirement 3 days/week

Location - 165 Galaxy Blvd., Toronto ON (Pearson Airport Area)

The pay range for this role is: $21-25 per hour.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented intern with a keen interest in Business Development and Market Research for pharmaceutical industry to support our Commercial team at Fresenius Kabi Canada. If that sounds like you, we invite you to apply to this exciting role

As a Business Development Intern, you will support the growth of Canadian product portfolio by assisting with business cases and analyzing primary and secondary datasets. This role provides a unique and invaluable learning experience in the realm of pharmaceutical business strategy and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development and Market Research Manager in developing business cases for the Canadian product portfolio
  • Conduct detailed product analyses by analyzing primary market research and secondary datasets (e.g., IQVIA data)
  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and evaluating market trends
  • Support the development PowerPoint presentations and NPV documents for products of interest
  • Assist with ad hoc business development & market research activities and additional internal initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in an MBA program (1st year) or an Undergraduate degree in Management (2nd or 3rd year)
  • 2 to 3 years of prior full time experience; Prior experience in Business Development in a Pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
  • Reliability and punctuality (high level of professionalism)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and handle fluctuating workloads
