We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Gymnastics Coaches to join our growing team. If you love working with children, enjoy helping them achieve new skills, and thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment, this is the opportunity for you.

What You Will Do

  • Teach engaging and safe gymnastics classes following our structured curriculum
  • Support children of varying ages and levels as they learn, progress, and grow
  • Create a positive, motivating environment that encourages confidence and skill development
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families, and fellow staff members
  • Ensure safety standards and program expectations are consistently upheld

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in gymnastics, coaching, or working with children (technical training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Passion for youth development and creating meaningful experiences for children
  • NCCP Gymnastics certification is an asset but not required
