General Description Of Duties
This position assists with various clerical, administrative and customer service tasks, in addition to other duties, in the fast paced, daily operation of a service center.

The position involves regular communication with customers and ABF Freight management to ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight and complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Good typing/data entry and clerical skills are required.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Must manage time efficiently and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Must be willing to work evenings and on an as-needed basis.
  • Experience in billing, collections, tracing, ten-key and OS&D is preferred.
  • Experience in the transportation industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) is preferred.

Work Hours

  • Generally Monday through Friday, evening, and daytime shifts.
  • Must be willing to work evenings and on an as-needed basis

Description Générale Des Fonctions
Ce poste assiste dans diverses tâches de bureau, administratives et de service à la clientèle, en plus d'autres responsabilités, dans le cadre des opérations quotidiennes rapides d'un centre de service.

Le poste implique une communication régulière avec les clients et la direction d'ABF Freight afin d'assurer la prise en charge et la livraison ponctuelles des marchandises ainsi que la satisfaction complète des clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite requises.
  • Bonnes compétences en saisie de données et en tâches administratives requises.
  • Capacité à suivre des instructions et des procédures.
  • Doit être organisé, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches et de hiérarchiser la charge de travail.
  • Doit gérer son temps efficacement et travailler avec un sens de l'urgence pour respecter les délais.
  • Doit être disposé à travailler en soirée et selon les besoins.
  • Expérience en facturation, recouvrement, traçage, saisie numérique et OS&D préférée.
  • Expérience dans l'industrie du transport préférée.
  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Outlook) préférée.

Horaires De Travail

  • Généralement du lundi au vendredi, postes de jour et de soir.
  • Doit être disposé à travailler en soirée et selon les besoins.
