We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our growing team as an Admin Assistant for the Marketing Group at our Richmond Corporate location.

HME is a fast-growing company, with over 140 full-time staff in offices located in Richmond, South Surrey, Victoria, Nanaimo, Kelowna, North Vancouver, Sechelt, Kamloops, and Abbotsford.

We are looking for a motivated, task-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. Compensation includes a competitive salary, and we provide a friendly team-orientated environment.

Hours for this role are full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. However, working hours may vary according to business needs and employees may be required to work additional hours on evenings and weekends from time to time. HME offers a competitive wage along with a full benefits package inclusive of extended medical benefits. Remote work is not available.

What you will do for HME:

  • Create and design marketing and sales collateral such as one pager, brochures and invites etc.
  • Brainstorm, film and edit videos for HME's social media accounts.
  • Assist with social media management by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
  • Act as a brand guardian for HME, ensuring that the correct logo, colour palette and tone of voice are being adhered to internally and externally.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and project management systems.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other marketing materials as needed.
  • Handle communication with vendors and external partners for marketing-related activities (e.g., ordering promotional materials, managing print jobs).
  • Track and manage marketing expenses, ensuring budget adherence and processing invoices.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the marketing team for events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of internal marketing initiatives and team events.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
  • Take notes and minutes during team meetings and ensure follow-up on key action points.
  • Handle inquiries and communications with internal departments related to marketing projects.
