This Role:

As a Project Manager within our Technology and Innovation Office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of client-facing and internal projects. You will be embedded in a cross-functional environment, working closely with the Technology and Innovation Office, Professional Services team, and client stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines, elevate client satisfaction, and drive internal coordination.

This role is critical to supporting business growth and new initiatives that require stronger PM coverage across departments.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Technology and Innovation and collaborate closely with leaders across the Technology and Innovation Office, Professional Services, and Sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple departments and client engagements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status updates, and Lessons Learned/Project sunset reviews
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (TIO, PS, Sales, Delivery) and external clients to align on scope and expectations.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with TIOstandards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the TIO.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or professional services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is preferred.
