As a Winter Equipment Operator – Loader, you will play a critical role in maintaining large commercial sites during storm events. This is a senior operational role requiring experience, strong judgement, and clear communication under pressure.

What You'll Do
- Operate loaders equipped with snow and ice attachments to clear commercial parking lots, roadways, and service areas
- Relocate snow efficiently while maintaining clean, damage-free sites
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls during heavy snowfalls and severe weather events
- Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and report equipment or safety concerns
- Maintain real-time communication with dispatch and operations regarding site conditions and progress
- Accurately log hours, inspections, and service notes using our mobile time-tracking app
- Keep equipment clean, fueled, and field-ready throughout the winter season
- Follow all Health and Safety policies and wear required PPE
- Take initiative and contribute to a team-first, solutions-focused work environment
What We're Looking For
- Valid G-Class Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment in snow conditions
- Transferable experience from construction, agriculture, or landscaping considered an asset
- Ability to work safely in cold, wet, dark, and high-pressure environments
- Reliable transportation to and from the dispatch location
- Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and reporting
- Availability for on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during storm events
