We operate using LeanScaper principles, which means:

  • Clear workflows that support efficient, damage-free service
  • Continuous communication between dispatch, operations, and operators
  • Real-time feedback and support during storm events
  • A focus on proactive training rather than reactive correction

  • Complete detailed snow clearing in tight or high-traffic areas
  • Follow dispatch instructions and site-specific service plans

What We're Looking For

  • Valid G-Class Driver's Licence (required for skid steer operations)
  • Experience operating skid steers or similar equipment in snow conditions
  • Transferable experience from construction, farming, or landscaping considered an asset
  • Ability to work in cold, wet, dark, and high-pressure environments
  • Reliable transportation to and from the dispatch location
  • Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and reporting
  • Availability for on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during storm events

Why Join Us

We believe strong winter operations are built on trust, preparation, and clear communication. You will know what is expected of you, have the tools to succeed, and be treated as an important part of the operation.
