EmpowHERto is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Partnership Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in driving our mission forward by forging strong, strategic partnerships with businesses, non-profits, and educational institutions. You will work closely with the Partnership Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with EmpowHERto's mission and objectives. Focus on creating long-term collaborations that amplify our impact and extend our reach.
  • Proactively reach out to potential partners through various channels. Craft compelling proposals and presentations to attract and secure new partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring a smooth, productive relationship. Organize regular check-ins and update meetings to align on goals, initiatives, and progress.
  • We work closely with internal teams, including Programming, Marketing, and Fundraising, to integrate partner resources and opportunities effectively into our programs and initiatives.
  • Leverage partnerships for event sponsorships, program support, and co-branded initiatives. Coordinate with partners on logistics, marketing, and execution to ensure success.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong commitment to EmpowHERto's mission of empowering and supporting young women. Belief in the transformative power of partnerships.
  • At least 1 year of experience in programs, fundraising, or similar role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to engage and inspire potential and existing partners.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Willingness to take on various tasks as needed to support the team and mission.
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM platforms, , Microsoft Office Suite, and social media channels, to manage relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to community engagement through sustained volunteer work or civic involvement that reflects empathy, initiative, and impact

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $0.10-$0.20 per year
