**The opportunity**
The Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships will be vital in supporting the day-to-day execution of corporate partnership activities at Heart & Stroke. This role is focused on coordinating the fulfillment of partner agreements, managing contracts, maintaining accurate records in our CRM, and developing supporting resources for our sales team.

**How you will make an impact every day**

Partnership Fulfillment and Coordination:

- Coordinate the implementation and delivery of corporate partnership agreements, ensuring all obligations and deliverables are fulfilled on time
- Act as a liaison between corporate partners and internal teams to facilitate seamless execution of partnership activities
- Assist with preparing partner-facing materials, including presentations, reports, and stewardship materials
- Maintain regular communication with partners to address questions and provide updates on partnership activities
- Coordinate approval processes for partner marketing materials and recognition elements

Contract and Data Management
- Support the management of partnership contracts, including tracking key dates and deliverables
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Create and distribute regular reports on partnership activities and performance
- Assist with the development and maintenance of a centralized repository for partnership opportunities and proposal templates
- Coordinate and track partnership revenue recognition with Finance team

Sales Support and Resource Development
- Assist with coordinating cross-functional meetings to explore new partnership opportunities
- Support the development of fundable opportunities that align with the needs of corporate partners
- Coordinate website updates for corporate partner recognition
- Help organize and document partnership activation ideas and best practices
- Contribute to the development of standardized processes for partnership management

**Who we need**

Education
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field

Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate partnerships, account coordination, marketing, or fundraising
- Experience in the non-profit sector is an asset

**Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability and solution-oriented mindset
- Understanding of corporate partnership dynamics and marketing principles
