**Position Description**:
**This is a 6-month contract opportunity.**

**Role Description**:

- Coordinate special projects on behalf of the Partnerships department; including but not limited to liaising between internal departments and external collaborators, developing departmental workback schedules, critical paths, partnership agreements, tracking documentation, etc.
- Build strong and long-term business relationships while consistently exceeding client expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate clients needs and establish desired outcomes
- Support the execution of partner renewals through relationship and contract management
- Support the partnerships team with prospect research
- Update and maintain prospect pipelines (weekly sales and CRM) in collaboration with the Support on prospect research, qualification, and tracking for outbound sales
- In collaboration with the Senior Director, Partner Success, support the implementation of the annual Partner Relationship Management plan for the Board’s partnership portfolio
- Support the creation and implementation of efficient processes for client management and stewardship

**Your experience includes**:

- 1+ year of experience in a support role with experience managing multiple projects
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility for effectively coordinating processes and information across related teams
- Strong attention to detail and administrative precision with an ability to multi-task a variety of different projects
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
