Position OverviewThe Client and Team Sales Manager | Remote will play a key role in sales growth and sourcing top-tier talent to grow your team. This dual-focus position combines sales revenue with team management, allowing you to shape the future of your business by expanding both our client protection and your team.
You'll work closely with leadership, using data-driven approaches to maximize client satisfaction and develop an effective hiring program.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Manager Sales:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand grow your sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert given leads into valuable income.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs.
Manager Team Sales
- Lead hiring efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent across various locations.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies, leveraging social media and platforms to identify top candidates.
- Proven experience in both sales growth and team management beneficial
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
- Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
