Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily sales operations and drive performance
  • Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
