Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations and drive performance
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
