The Role
We are seeking a skilled
Licensed Refrigeration Technician
to join our team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, repair, and installation of refrigeration systems, ensuring top-notch service for our clients. You will also mentor at least one apprentice, sharing your expertise to help grow the next generation of technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and ensure systems operate efficiently
  • Mentor and guide apprentice technicians
  • Respond to on-call service requests as part of a rotating schedule
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid Refrigeration Technician license
  • Red Seal certification required for out-of-province candidates
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
