What You'll Do as a Business Support Representative:

  • As a Business Support Representative, you will represent some of the top names in the telecommunications industry while delivering personalized customer experiences.
  • Keep an ongoing flow of communication with both new and existing customers as a Business Support Representative, providing timely support and a seamless customer experience. Partner with team members to assess progress, performance insights, and opportunities for growth as a Business Support Representative, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Stay organized and detail-oriented to ensure all responsibilities and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently in your role as a Business Support Representative, always keeping the customer in focus.

Business Support Representative Qualifications:

  • As a Business Support Representative, act with confidence, consistency, reliability, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships as a Business Support Representative.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, focusing on building strong customer relationships.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, client relations, or sales is a plus for a Business Support Representative.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently as a Business Support Representative.
