We are entering a critical growth phase and are looking for a GTM Strategist to architect and execute our market entry and expansion strategy.

SwiftPro is our flagship AI-powered eProcurement built to modernize and simplify how organizations manage and execute RFx process and supplier collaboration. Our eContract Management System is live in testing, with additional modules on the roadmap.

Role Overview

We're Hiring: GTM Strategist (SaaS) | AIG Pro Inc.

AIG Pro Inc is hiring a seasoned Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist
 to lead the market entry and growth strategy for our AI-powered SaaS eProcurement platform (SwiftPro).

This is a full-time, remote role for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.

If you have 5+ years of hands-on experience launching and scaling new SaaS products, and you thrive at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and revenue—this role is for you.

You'll play a critical role in shaping how SwiftPro enters the market, acquires early adopters, positions its value, and scales intelligently.

The 
GTM Strategist
 will own SwiftPro's end-to-end go-to-market strategy—from launch planning to early traction and scalable growth. This role requires deep experience in 
new SaaS product launches
, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate product value into market adoption.

You will work closely with the Founder, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to define positioning, target segments, messaging, and distribution channels.

Location: 100% Remote (With occasional travel to clients office to support product implementation, conferences, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, and product development.
  • The GTM Strategist will develop, execute, and optimize strategies to bring new products and services to market.
  • You will collaborate to establish competitive pricing, positioning strategies, and revenue goals while ensuring effective execution of plans.
  • Design and execute AIG Pro's 
    Go-To-Market strategy
     for new product launches (SwiftPro and new solutions)
  • Define 
    ICP, buyer personas, and priority verticals
  • Develop 
    product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Lead 
    launch planning
     (beta, pilot customers, early adopters, feedback loops)
  • Align 
    sales, marketing, and product teams
     around GTM execution
  • Create sales enablement assets (pitch decks, playbooks, use cases)
  • Establish and track 
    GTM KPIs
     (pipeline, CAC, conversion, adoption, retention)
  • Support demand generation, partnerships, and channel strategies
  • Continuously refine GTM based on customer feedback and market signals
  • Develop market engagement plans and strategies

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Market Analysis, Research, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent Analytical Skills, with experience in interpreting data and crafting actionable insights
  • Knowledge of Finance and Trading concepts to align strategies with business goals
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with B2B or procurement industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms for data analysis and project management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
     in GTM, Product Marketing, or Growth roles
  • Proven track record of 
    launching new SaaS products
     (B2B preferred)
  • Strong understanding of 
    SaaS metrics, funnels, and revenue models
  • Experience working with 
    early-stage or growth-stage startups
  • Ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling narratives
  • Data-driven mindset with strong strategic and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in 
    Procurement, Contract Management, FinTech, or Enterprise SaaS
  • Founder-led or zero-to-one product launch experience
  • Exposure to AI-enabled platforms
  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers
