We're looking for a detail-oriented
Data Entry Specialist
to join our Surrey office. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires accuracy, accountability, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain data accurately in Excel and internal systems
- Work with Excel tables and formulas to organize and analyze information
- Support accounting and administrative functions through accurate record-keeping
- Review and reconcile data for completeness and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Excel skills (tables, formulas, and data organization)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and data accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a professional office environment
