As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled Lead HVAC Installer / Foreman to guide our installation crews and help train the next generation of HVAC professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with our crews to train, lead, and oversee installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC systems (residential & light commercial).
  • Ensure all installations meet or exceed code, safety, and quality standards.
  • Provide mentorship, direction, and support to apprentices and junior installers.
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges and maintain efficient job progress.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with customers and the office team.
  • Represent Borts HVAC with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential and/or light commercial).
  • Gas Technician 2 (G2) or higher required.
  • 313D or 313A Refrigeration license and/or Sheet Metal license considered strong assets.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation best practices.
  • Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to organize, train, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
