Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform plumbing and welding tasks related to HVAC system installation and repair
  • Conduct routine inspections of boilers, ductwork, thermostats, and other mechanical components
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed
  • Assist with construction projects involving HVAC components as needed
  • Perform appliance repairs related to heating or cooling systems
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls and projects

Skills

  • Proven experience with HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair
  • Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
  • Construction or mechanic experience is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC work environments
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.75-$44.34 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
