Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and friendly Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote our electrical services and residential construction solutions directly to local homeowners. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, outgoing, and enjoy connecting with new people every day.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers in designated neighborhoods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Valid BC driver's licence (required)
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Multilingual abilities such as Punjabi and/or Hindi (an asset)
- Ability to pass a basic background check
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or inside sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices and techniques is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes.
- Background in customer service or business development is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
