About Eco Lux Painting

We provide Interior and Exterior Painting services both Commercial and Residential . We service the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas are locally owned and operated for over 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
• Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Lead and coordinate painting projects, including planning and execution of painting jobs from start to finish
• Ensure that work is completed to the highest standards and that clients are satisfied with the final product
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working order and properly maintained
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to on all painting projects and report safety issues
• Train and mentor junior painters on painting techniques and industry standards
• Coordinate to pick up paint and materials to ensure job sites are fully stocked
• Perform the duties of a painter and supervising the work of other painters
• Ability to maintain quality control on a jobsite
• Organize and oversee Painting procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• In-depth understanding of Painting procedures and materials and project management principles.Knowledge of up to date Painting techniques
• Ability to adjust and prioritize work flow on a daily basis

What's Required - About YOU

• Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to provide a satisfactory driver's abstract upon request
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on spray experience, brush and roll painting experience on residential or commercial projects
• Minimum 2 years experience exterior painting projects
• Ideally a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as Painting supervisor/leading other painters
• Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to lead and mentor junior painters
• Ability to work at heights, lift up to 50 pounds and able to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to drive to different cities all of the lower mainland
• Ability to work Monday to Friday and Occasional Saturdays

Salary Range

25$-35$ Depending on experience plus performance based bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
