Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Certified Maintenance Electrician
, located in Stratford, ON. The Certified Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems. The role includes conducting preventive maintenance, testing electrical systems, diagnosing issues, repairing components, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment in adherence to company standards and safety protocols.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly wage:
    $40.41/hour + $2.29 COLA = $42.70/hour
  • Shift premium:
    $1.25/hour (afternoons & midnights)
  • Annual allowances: Safety boots: $225 / Tools: $700 (per year)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and general knowledge of Electricity
  • Demonstrated skills in Troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving electrical issues
  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial electrical systems
  • Ability to conduct and manage Preventive Maintenance initiatives effectively
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
  • Successful completion of certification as a Maintenance Electrician
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
