HUBSPOT SPECIALIST MISSION

You will drive the seamless implementation and optimization, and strategic utilization of HubSpot solutions for our clients, ensuring their marketing, sales, and service operations thrive through innovative automation, data-driven insights, and platform expertise. You will play a key role in translating complex business needs into scalable, high-performing HubSpot solutions that drive measurable results.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success in this role is defined by maximizing HubSpot's impact for clients through efficient automation, streamlined workflows, and data-driven optimizations that enhance marketing, sales, and service operations. You will ensure seamless adoption, continuous improvement, and measurable business growth by proactively identifying opportunities and implementing best practices.

STRENGTHS WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You have comprehensive understanding of HubSpot's suite of products, demonstrating proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and HubSpot CMS. You are skilled in advanced configurations, reporting, and automation.

You excel in translating client requirements into actionable plans within HubSpot. Your ability to set up portals, configure settings, user roles, workflows, and integrations aligns with clients' objectives, ensuring seamless adoption and optimization of the platform.

You're innately curious, asking thoughtful questions, exploring possibilities, and diving deeper into data to diagnose client challenges and translating business objectives into scalable, data-driven strategies.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing strategies, and sales processes.Conduct thorough assessment to identify clients' needs, challenges, and opportunities for leveraging HubSpot effectively.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable implementation plans and strategies.
  • Set up HubSpot portals according to client specifications, including configuring settings, user roles, workflows, advanced segmentation, lead scoring, sales pipeline, reporting dashboards, and integrations.
  • Customize HubSpot tools such as CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to align with clients' branding, messaging, and workflows.Lead implementation projects from discovery to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Audit and optimize existing HubSpot setups to make recommendations to empower clients to maximize the potential of their hubs.Implement advanced features and automation processes to optimize client campaigns and workflows.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions for clients and their teams on how to use HubSpot effectively to achieve their goals.
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to maximize platform utilization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, tutorials, and best practices guides to empower clients to utilize HubSpot independently.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth and Creative team members to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot in clients' ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot technical support and account management teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Manage implementation projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest HubSpot updates, beta features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations for enhancing client strategies and processes.
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing sessions, training, and contribute insights to improve implementation and Everbrave processes.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional HubSpot products or services based on a client's evolving needs and objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years' proven experience implementing and configuring HubSpot solutions for clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's suite of products, including CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and HubSpot CMS.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, lead generation strategies, and sales processes.
  • Experience working with agencies or in an agency setting; or client side with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills are critical (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • HubSpot Certifications – all HubSpot Hub Certifications (Marketing, Sales, and Service Software, CMS for Marketers, Sales Enablement, Reporting, Guided Client Onboarding) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
