**Responsibilities**:
- Digital Marketing & CRM Support_
- Develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns in HubSpot to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Support sales teams by creating and maintaining sales dashboards, metrics, and reports in HubSpot to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
- Manage CRM data accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing and sales initiatives.
- Automate key workflows, including invoicing, sales notifications, and lead nurturing, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Execute and manage online ad and SEO campaigns across multiple channels: organic search, paid search, and display ads.
- Regularly monitor and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Sales Support_
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HubSpot integrations and updates to align with sales and marketing goals.
Other duties and assignments, as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications or related field
- 2+ years of experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and digital marketing platforms at an administrative/super-user level
- High proficiency in digital data analytics and report preparation
- Experience in Google Ads and SEO
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Prior experience with event logistics or exhibit coordination is a plus
- Adobe CS skills and basic website editing is a plus
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
