GROWTH MANAGER MISSION

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop relationships with prospects and clients – gain a clear understanding of their business, recognizing challenges/opportunities, recommending solutions, and nurturing the account long-term.
- Collaborate with the Director, Growth Strategy, Growth and Creative teams to align on growth plans, ensuring a clear understanding of campaign goals and client objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaign plans that outline the deliverables, timelines, budgets, and metrics needed to meet client expectations.
- Take ownership of executing growth marketing plans across multiple channels, working across the team to ensure resources are optimized and information is shared as it relates to their efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, copywriting, HubSpot specialists, and project managers) to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.
- Work within HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush, etc. to regularly analyze campaign performance, gathering data to make recommendations for improvement and ensuring key performance metrics are met.
- Provide detailed progress updates and performance reports to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with their goals.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the client's brand voice, objectives, and growth strategies.
- Actively troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during campaign execution to minimize disruptions and maintain client confidence.
- Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Support on new business opportunities – including research and assisting with proposal development and growth marketing plans.
- Participate in internal weekly team meetings and provide a status update on your current or upcoming clients/projects.
- Review all deliverables, including but not limited to proofreading documents and/or graphics for accuracy before sending to the internal team and clients.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- 5+ years' experience in marketing execution, campaign management with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Ability to develop KPI's, goals and benchmarks and drive the performance of campaigns
and projects. - Experience working with marketing technology platforms (preference given to candidates with strong HubSpot experience)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and analytics platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, HotJar, and SEMRush.
- Experience working in an agency setting handling multiple client assignments concurrently or working client side with a growth mindset.
- Sophisticated client relationship management skills, including leading meetings and presentations.
- Proven ability to be a creative and strategic thinker with leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills are critical (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
