Job Overview:

We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing motorsports parts and accessories, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Duties:

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct motorsports/marine parts and accessories
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and processing orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate
  • Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts orders in a timely manner
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions
  • Utilize market knowledge to recommend suitable parts and accessories for customer needs
  • Utilize math skills for inventory management and pricing calculations

Experience:

  • Previous experience in powersports repair or dealership settings is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and sales management skills
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures
  • Familiarity with Excel or similar software for inventory tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
