Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our award-winning team as a Parts Advisor. Your role will involve overseeing, quoting, and dispatching parts, assisting retail clients at the parts counter, and collaborating with the parts team on daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a technician, service advisor, or parts consultant and is eager to expand their skill set. While preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of SERTI and Mitchell systems, as well as other parts ordering systems, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary attitude and experience. Occasional parts delivery may be required, so a valid driver's license with a clean abstract is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, quote, and dispatch parts in an efficient manner
  • Assist retail clients at the parts counter, providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the parts team on daily tasks and ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and orders
  • Ensure client satisfaction by resolving any inquiries or issues promptly
  • Occasionally deliver parts as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a technician, service advisor, or parts consultant (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SERTI, Mitchell, and parts ordering systems (preferred)
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing parts inventory and orders
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract

Compensation and Benefits:
