HorizonDream Productions is a Toronto-based start-up media production company founded in 2023. We work on a range of projects, including commercial and music videos, as well as narrative work such as short films, documentaries, and features. We'd love to have you on board

Role Description

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to help bring in new commercial and music video clients.

This role is centered on conversations and relationships. You will be reaching out to potential clients, following up, and working closely with the Founder Jon Osei to support new opportunities as they come in.

This is not a social media or content role. However, at the time of writing, you can check out our other position on LinkedIn based on Media Content This position is focused on client outreach, communication, and helping turn interest into paid projects. We are looking for a partner who believes in our vision and wants to earn 10% of every project total they bring in. Our goal is to move this to a salaried position as soon as the volume allows.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Reaching out to brands, businesses, agencies, and artists
  • Starting conversations and keeping in touch with potential clients
  • Helping move interested leads toward booked projects
  • Working with the team on proposals and client needs
  • Keeping track of outreach and follow ups
  • Supporting the company's growth in a practical, hands on way

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year in sales, outreach, and account management
  • Comfortable with commission based work for the foreseeable future
  • Clear and friendly communication style
  • Organized and good at following up
  • Comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team
  • Experience in production or creative work is highly preferable.
