About Qualita Services Qualita Services is a home renovation company based in Metro Vancouver, specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations, home renovations, and interior remodeling. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship, professional service, and customized solutions for every client. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team and contribute to the success of residential and commercial renovation projects.

Job Responsibilities Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for renovation and construction projects. Estimate quantities and costs of materials, labor, and equipment. Review and interpret project plans to ensure accuracy in estimates and budgets. Prepare and submit tenders, budgets, and cost breakdowns for clients and management. Collaborate with designers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure estimates reflect realistic project timelines and costs. Update estimates and budgets as project requirements change. Maintain cost databases and records of historical project costs.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Construction Estimator in residential or commercial renovation. Post-secondary education: Any education related to the construction industry Strong knowledge of building materials, renovation methods, and BC building codes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Autocad. Chief architect is a plus. Excellent math, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Language: English

Additional Information: Work setting: Residential and commercial renovation projects in the Metro Vancouver area. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Wage: $40.00/hour Benefits: Opportunities for growth, supportive team environment.
