Role Description

This full-time remote role involves the day-to-day responsibilities of a Construction Estimator. Responsibilities include preparing accurate construction estimates and quantity take-offs, performing cost management and budgeting, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The Construction Estimator will develop pricing strategies, analyze project specifications, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality project solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
  • Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with teams and stakeholders effectively
  • Knowledge of geohazard mitigation, slope stabilization, or related industries is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
