Youth Sports Coach – Part-Time / Seasonal
Vision Sports Centre is hiring coaches for our Flex Care Youth Ecosystem, a unique program that blends sports, STEM-in-sports, nutrition basics, and life-skill learning to help youth ages 6–16 grow physically, mentally, and socially.
We serve over 300,000 visitors annually, partnering with nonprofits, schools, and community groups. If you're passionate about coaching and working with youth, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
As a Youth Ecosystem Coach, you will:
- Lead engaging training sessions in your sport (basketball, soccer/futsal, ball hockey, boxing/Muay Thai, strength/agility, etc.)
- Teach age-appropriate skills and help youth develop confidence
- Work with Game Coordinators to manage small groups of participants
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, and positive behaviour
- Maintain a safe environment and follow all child protection protocols
- Support seasonal camps, PD day programs, special events, and tournaments

What You Bring
- Experience coaching or teaching youth
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to create a fun, supportive, and energetic environment
- Must complete:
- Criminal Record Check
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- First Aid/CPR
- Child Protection Code of Conduct training (provided)
- Assets:
- NCCP or relevant sport certifications
- Boxing/Muay Thai coaching background
- Fitness or movement training certifications
