**Tumbling Coach Wanted**

Perfect Storm Athletics is committed to providing a positive learning environment for athletes of all ages and abilities. We promote excellence in each and every athlete, challenging them to strive to reach their full potential. We foster physical, emotional, and mental growth while promoting a family atmosphere where senior athletes nurture, develop and inspire younger members.

Our Calgary location is looking for a motivated tumbling coach to lead semi-privates and classes while developing our athletes by providing instruction and guidance in all aspects of tumbling within cheerleading.

**Tumbling Coach Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement semi-private and class lesson plans tailored to individual skill sets and abilities
- Provide technical instruction and feedback on the execution of tumbling skills
- Motivate, encourage, and inspire athletes in a positive and safe learning environment
- Keep up to date with the gym’s technical expectations and tumbling program procedures
- Monitor the health and safety of athletes
- Establish and maintain good relationships with athletes and their families
- Follow company Staff Policies, Procedures, & Code of Conduct

**Tumbling Coach Certifications and Requirements**:

- International Cheer Union Certification - minimum Level 3 or NCCP equivalent
- Current First Aid Certification
- Criminal Record Check (within the last 12 months)
- Making Headway
- Safe Sport

**Flexible Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday evenings, flexible between 4pm-9pm
- Weekends, flexible between 9:30am-5pm
- Flexible around your availability
