We are excited to announce that we are seeking a passionate and talented
Business or Computer Science Student
to join the Operational Excellence team at our Brampton facility. This position is a 12-to-16-month internship beginning in January 2026.

As a member of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting tools and products to optimize business operations and promote data-driven decision making across the organization. Based in our Brampton office, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will:

  • Work with our IT department to perform data ingestion into the data lake
  • Execute operational assignments related to corporate strategy, governance, risk management, strategic operations, etc.
  • Perform a variety of tasks to collect and analyze current process information and metrics
  • Research industry best practices related to business tool, process and data governance and contribute to the development of future state plans
  • Review and process incoming analytics and dashboard requests
  • Update dashboards to point to the lake prior to publishing
  • Support and maintain published dashboards

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing post-secondary education as a computer science and/or business student (minimum three years completed preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with statistical analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Assets

  • Experience creating or designing visuals in Power BI
  • Data ingestion experience
  • Familiarity with business processes
  • Data modelling experience
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing/engineering field

Comments/Special Considerations
Successful candidates must obtain and hold
security clearance at the reliability status
level, and pass security assessment for the
Controlled Goods Program (CGP)
