Purpose:
Provides administrative and operational support to the sales team ensuring timely and accurate processing of all sales files.
Key Objectives:
- Manage the underwriting and flow of all sales documentation.
- Facilitate the sales process from offer acceptance to closing, coordinating with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure all necessary documentation and requirements are met.
- Communicate regularly with all parties involved in transactions to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Point of contact for all sold job files, including the processing change requests in a timely fashion
- Liaison between sales and production, ensuring information has been completed and communicated.
- Providing resources for sales consultants and their teams
- Handling deposits, and all banking.
- Assist with Marketing activities, including website updates, ordering of signs and point of sale items
- Assist with Show home set-up and takedown
- Create inventory files, making interior selections
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, namely Excel;
- Strong time management, organization and planning skills;
- Driven, focused and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines;
- Ability to manage multiple projects;
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
