LOCATION: Durham, ON (Multiple Locations)

SHIFT: Daytime, typically between 8 AM – 6 PM

HOURS: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time as we grow)

Duties

  • Clean residential homes, Airbnb rentals, and move-in/move-out properties
  • Perform deep cleans: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.
  • Follow client-specific notes and preferences
  • Conduct a pre-clean walkthrough to set clear expectations
  • Work independently and efficiently with high attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of paid house cleaning experience (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation (vehicle required)
  • Smartphone for schedule access & communication
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Authorization to work in Canada

Compensation

  • $21.00 – $25.00/hour
  • Plus tips and performance-based bonuses

Schedule

  • 4–8 hour shifts
  • Weekday availability (Monday to Friday)
  • Optional weekend or on-call shifts as needed

Work Location

  • Various residential locations across Toronto, ON
  • In-person cleaning work only (no remote work)
