Davidson & Company is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis to join our Finance team.
What You'll Do
Budgeting & Forecasting
Develop and lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
Partner with department heads to gather inputs and challenge assumptions
Maintain financial models that support scenario planning and cash flow forecasting
Financial Analysis
Provide insightful analysis of firm performance by department, service line, client, and partner
Analyze key metrics such as utilization, realization, billing efficiency, and margins
Track performance against budget and explain key variances
Reporting & Dashboards
Develop and prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packs
Build and maintain KPI dashboards for leadership
Recommend financial metrics and performance indicators
Business Partnering
Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and partners
Support pricing, hiring, or investment decisions with clear financial impact analysis
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Systems & Process Improvement
Support integration and improvement of finance systems (e.g., ERP, practice management software, time tracking)
Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
CPA designation
required; CFA or other financial designations an asset5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis
Prior experience in a professional services, consulting, or accounting firm an asset
Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Experience with budgeting tools, ERP, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, NetSuite, Xero, etc.)
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with non-financial stakeholders
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware

Let's Talk Numbers
We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to compensation. For this role, the annual salary range is $125,000 - $145,000, depending on your experience and what you bring to the table.
