Primary Duties

  • Greet every customer entering/exiting the store with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic directions/questions.
  • Maintain strong visible presence at the entrance to deter theft and suspicious activity.
  • Actively observe customer flow and report any concerns to store management and Axion Operations.

Conduct & Appearance

  • Stay alert, standing at the entrance at all times.
  • Maintain clean, professional uniform and positive body language.
  • No phone use except for work-related communication.

Safety & Incident Duties

  • Do not chase or physically engage suspects.
  • Report all suspicious behaviour, theft attempts, or incidents immediately.
  • Document all incidents before end of shift.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Report hazards (spills, unsafe conditions) to store staff.
  • Assist with maintaining cart flow and entrance safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
